Return Policy
Peter & Donna Toronto
At Peter & Donna Toronto, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply.
1. Return Request
A return request can only be made after you have physically received the product. Return requests for orders that are still in transit or not yet delivered will not be accepted.
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact us by email at info@peterdonnatoronto.com.
After receiving your request, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address of our supplier in China.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused
- Not be washed
- Be undamaged
- Be in the same original condition as received
- Include all original packaging and tags
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or are not in their original condition may be refused.
3. Ordering Multiple Sizes
Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention of returning the sizes that do not fit is not permitted.
If we determine this to be the case, Peter & Donna Toronto reserves the right to partially or fully refuse the return.
4. Return Costs
All shipping and return costs are the full responsibility of the customer.
Peter & Donna Toronto is not responsible for return shipments, including any loss, delays, or additional costs incurred during the return process.
5. Mandatory Tracked Shipping
When returning a product, you must use a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace).
The tracking number must be sent to our email so we can verify that the return shipment is on its way.
6. Refunds
Once we confirm that the returned product has been received and meets the return conditions, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Please note:
- Only the product price is eligible for a refund
- Shipping costs, return costs, and any additional fees are non-refundable
7. Return Address
The return address is located in China at our supplier’s facility. This address will only be provided after you have submitted a return request via info@peterdonnatoronto.com.
By placing an order with Peter & Donna Toronto, you agree to the return conditions outlined above.
