Responsibility During Shipping

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products During Transit

After verification, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
