Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • During high-demand periods, holidays, promotional events, or unforeseen operational delays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

  • The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • In some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to international shipping or logistical delays.

Shipping Method & Origin

  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

  • As a result, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not update immediately during transit or customs processing.

  • Temporary pauses or delays in tracking updates do not automatically indicate that a package is lost.

Responsibility During Shipping

  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products During Transit

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective due to transit, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging.

  • After verification, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • In certain cases, the customer may be required to return the damaged or defective item before a replacement or refund is issued.

  • Additional delivery time may apply while the replacement shipment is processed and delivered.

Lost Packages

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the customer to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.

  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any shipping or delivery concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Initiating a chargeback for a package marked as delivered by the carrier, or while a replacement/refund process is actively being handled, may be considered a violation of these terms.

  • We reserve the right to provide shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communication records, and proof of fulfillment to payment processors or financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
